Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary — we appreciate your patience during these times. 


 

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and express shipping. The availability of shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the items in your order. 

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. 

 

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and destination. After our 1-day processing window, orders take 5–15 business days to arrive depending on where you are in the world. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes, or carrier issues may impact delivery times. 

 

Change of Address

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request — but after 2 hours from the time of purchase, we cannot guarantee address changes, as the order may have already entered the shipping process. 

Order Cancellation

We aim to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order enters processing, it’s on its way fast! You have a 2-hour window from when you place your order to request a cancellation. Just reach out to our friendly customer support team via live chat or email at support@retro-pia.com with your order number handy, and we’ll take care of the rest. 

 

Order Issues

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to courier issues (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages), we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. However, we’ll gladly send a replacement free of charge to ensure you still receive your order.
